The Deep Dive Podcast

For this week’s episode I was honored to have this conversation with Cam Fraser, an amazing Sex Coach as well as a Certified Sexologist, Counselor, and among other things; host of the Men, Sex, and Pleasure podcast. I myself have been a fan of Cam’s work, and followed along with his message for years, which is why I thought he would be perfect to discuss the topic of male sexuality, and the purpose of pleasure in the healing of masculinity.
This week I wanted to update you. Not as an expert or a correspondent, but as a human being who has access (for the most part) to the same information that you do. I want to update you on a few issues from the last month that I find extremely important to be aware of, and what my perspective on it is. I hope it provides some insight, some value, and at the very least some awareness to some of the important stories of our current reality.
You may remember Ahuamna from the episode “Is New Age Spirituality Syphoning Energy For The A.I Matrix”, and it was one that frankly blew a lot of minds and raised some deep questions about the current state of our planet and what the reasons and intentions behind it are. This week, I believe, will be no different; as Ahaumna and Alex continue the conversation and bring in further perspectives and clarity on their take of what’s going on cosmically and universally to bring us to this current timeline here on earth.
This week my guest is Bibi Brzozka, a certified sex, love, relationship coach, teacher and facilitator, who has helped so many men and women alike become more embodied in their life, sexuality, and their relationships. Our exploration of the topic of soul mates is one that you might relate to, know matter where you are in your journey, because I think that in a way we have all wondered it before. What is a soul mate, where are they, and what is the next step in calling them into our life?
This week my guest is Juanpa Barahona. An amazing coach, facilitator, speaker at MindValley, and among many other things, a student of tantra and conscious spirituality; Juanpa’s energy and knowledge around this topic was felt from the moment I met him. Join us in this conversation around sexual superpowers, how to access them, and how to use them to spread love to ourselves and those around us, and may it open up some new perspectives for you to explore in your own experience of sex and sexuality.
For this conversation, I invited my friend Ali Katz: lawyer, entrepreneur, mom, and a good friend of mine who has experienced many levels of what it means to be abundant. The conversation around money, sex, power, and especially the desire for it can seem to bring up resistance, and as I had this conversation I even noticed that type of programming still present in myself. But if you aren’t willing to explore the topic of this type of prosperity mindset, is it possible to ever really experience it?
This week's question was perfect for a conversation with my friend Taylor Simpson, an incredible coach, podcast host, motivational speaker, and thought leader especially in the space of women empowerment and actualization. Taylor has her own perspective, and even her own triggers around the modern goddess movement, and offers a somewhat refreshing perspective on the subject. We dive into this topic to discuss some of the benefits and potential pitfalls of what may be turning into a fad, but is rooted in a truth that is so important as we continue to work towards healing the feminine and masculine dynamics, and empowering women to really own their truth.
This week I decided to keep it short and sweet, and continue the conversation. This time, I want to talk about the different styles of journaling that I actually do. An important part about writing in any fashion, is that it is meant to be creative. When we allow ourselves to communicate through pen and pad, our writing becomes an art form and therefore can be incredibly healing. That’s why I want to share with you some of these tips, and let you in on the 4 different styles of journaling that I use.
This week, as I prepare myself for a new year, I wanted to share with you one of the ways that I do that. Journaling has been a huge part of my life, and I would go as far as saying that I wouldn’t be where I am, or who I am, today without the dedication I’ve developed to this practice. I want to walk you through some of my own intentions for 2022, as well as offer some advice on how to set your own and really reflect on the last year in your life. This one is all about taking the wheel in 2022, and continuing to move closer to living the life that you want to live. Enjoy the episode, and I want to wish you a very happy New Year.
Personal development and growth is not easy by any means, and this experience at a very sexually charged tantra retreat was no walk in the park. Last week in Part One I shared some of my intentions, thoughts, and fears as I prepared myself for a week-long experience of pushing my boundaries. This week, I want to share some of my takeaways and reflections on the experience itself. I can tell you this; it was an opening, healing, difficult, and ultimately fun experience that allowed me to explore my own boundaries and ultimately really feel into what felt true for me, and when to really understand my own sacred no.

As I prepare for an experience in tantra and sexuality this week, I wanted to share with you my intentions going into it. There will be a follow up episode on my reflections and take-aways, and for now I want to dive into what I’m hoping to discover this week. What boundaries am I exploring? What fears or preconceptions are present? Sexuality is a deep topic for all of us, and as always, I want to give you a very real and very authentic look into my mindset going into what very possibly could be an expanding and healing experience for me.

On this week’s episode I pushed the boundary to get to the bottom of this subject. I literally got naked with my good friends girlfriend, Abergale Bremner. Abergale is also a good friend of mine, and is a next level coach, facilitator, and entrepreneur in the space of women's work and sexuality who decided that if we were going to discuss the topic of nudity and comfortability around it, we might as well be naked while record the podcast. Truly a first on the Deep Dive.
This world, and especially this time in history, is full of information and misinformation that we all have the choice to either believe or disregard. This week I ask you to open your mind to some of the potential truths that may not have been available to you just yet, and allow yourself to feel into what feels true to you. Myself, I’m still in the inquiry of what I believe around this topic. But Ahaumna provides a light into a space that is deep, cosmic, and maybe closer to us than we really realize.
This week I decided to talk about sex and sexuality with one of my favorite human beings on the planet, as well as a highly qualified person to discuss this topic with, my friend Dr. Cat Meyer. Dr. Cat is a Licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in sex and trauma, as well as alternative relationship styles. Her platform Sex Love Yoga helps to evolve the relationships we have towards sex and to our bodies, and over all enhance our experience around sexuality. Join us for a deep conversation about the importance of understanding your own sexuality, how it can impact yourself and your sexual partners, and what it is you are actually seeking through sex in the first place.
How much inner work is too much? When do we actually get to claim healing, or is it a perpetual journey of deeper layers? As always, it’s another Deep Dive question that for this episode, I felt the perfect guest would be my good friend as well as a high level coach in the personal development space who brings with him an amazing story of inner work and personal development triumphs, Jason Goldberg. Two men who have a LOT of time in doing inner work and studying the world of personal development, discussing whether there is a point of diminishing returns, where that level of deep inquiry into our human experience can actually become too much. Enjoy the episode.
This week I want to share with you some of my thoughts about integration and why it has become such an important part of my life and my practice. The topic comes to me after an incredible trip and time in Egypt, where I experienced more than I could really explain and if I’m being honest; haven’t yet had the time or the opportunity to truly integrate. That time will come, but for now I would like to open up the conversation and share some of my experience, in this week’s episode of The Deep Dive.
What does spirituality actually mean? How does it benefit a relationship, or does it? And what is the core of truth behind the rise of the divine femenine and how does it match with the true masculine that also gets to be supported? I was grateful to have this conversation with Stefanos Sifandos, who among all of the work he has done in relationships and mens work, I consider to be a real human and a real man within this community. We dive into the topic of relationships, consciousness and spirituality, and how these affect (positively or negatively) a relationship, and the conversation is one that I think will add value whether you are in a relationship or out of one.
This week I invited Matt Cama, a superstar coach of relationship and sexuality, to talk about the topic of sex in and outside of relationships. What is casual sex, and is it healthy? Though this question has many answers and opinions, I valued the perspective and the conversation that was brought up in this episode and hope that it might bring new insight into your relationships with others, and with yourself. As always, it comes back to self love.
This week I want to talk about not only my experience with this very talked about, and very famous virus and pandemic; but I want to talk about what it brought up for me personally. I have committed myself and my platform to being open and sensitive around this topic. Through podcasts and poetry I have tried to address not just my own, but the collective concerns about this time in our human history in a way that reminds us to continue to choose love. So when I experienced it personally I was able to gain a new perspective and reality that I would like to share with you in the hopes that it might allow more awareness, and most importantly compassion.
On this week’s episode of The Deep Dive I chat with Sheleana Aiyana, founder of The Rising Woman which boasts over 2.4 million followers on Instagram alone, and has created a platform where she coaches and encourages women to become more empowered and aware of their strength and power in relationships and life. For any of you who may be looking to understand more about what it means to be divinely feminine and an empowered woman; this is a special episode that I don’t want you to miss.
This week’s podcast episode is a new idea and a concept that allows YOU to get involved in a unique way that is the first of its kind on The Deep Dive. A Q&A. This week I invited the members of the CREATE Community’s Facebook group (which is free to join) to ask me anything, and we got a great response. Though I couldn’t answer all of them, this episode has a few questions that you might have wondered as well, and I answer them to the best of my ability. Enjoy the episode and I look forward to your questions on our next Q&A podcast.
On this week’s episode I was joined by Robert Grant, who among his detailed resume as a CEO, President, and Chairman of multiple companies and projects; is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Crown Sterling Limited LLC, a next-generation Cryptography company based on discoveries from his work in geometry and mathematics. I met Robert on that same trip to Egypt and this week wanted to talk with him about the experience, what it has taught him and how it has changed his life, and a little about an exciting adventure that we are about to embark on in the near future to see what more we can discover about the ancient wonders that are the pyramids of Egypt.
This week I want to talk about one of the most important, yet often overlooked parts about intimacy that I believe can help you to experience better sex and better connection with yourself and your partner. Though my answer may sound simple, the concept behind it is one that we talk about a lot on the podcast and one that I believe can be applied to many growth areas of our lives. No matter how “good” you may think you are, when it comes to sex there is always room for growth.
This week I’m joined by Otto Gomes, an expert in the crypto space as well as a heart centered entrepreneur who brings awareness to the foundations of cryptocurrency and helps us to understand a little more about why we should at least know what crypto currencies are offering, and why so many people believe that they are the future of finance.
This week I want to share with you some of my own thoughts about the times we are in, and our ability to be an influence in our own experience of it. To become aware of new perspectives is to give yourself choice in old ones, so I invite you to listen with an open mind and share your thoughts with me by heading to the new Deep Dive Instagram page. Enjoy the episode.
This week I decided to invite Connor Beaton on to the show to discuss what it looks like when men (specifically) are out of balance with both their feminine and masculine sides. Connor is the founder of ManTalks which is an international organization focused on men’s health, wellness, success and fulfillment, and I thought he’d be perfect to help me dive into the question, “Are Conscious Men Too Soft?”
I have struggled with the concept of loving myself. It’s taken me tons of work, more than I wish upon anyone, to discover my own worth and how I can help others to see theirs. This week, I want to share my secret to self love with you. It’s not just a switch, or some key that you can find, but more a perspective shift to the somewhat momentary experiences we have in life that can make the most monumental differences.
On this episode of The Deep Dive I was excited to feature Psychedelic advocate, author, and international speaker Laura Dawn, who has been leading transformational retreats for over 10 years and inspires people to wake up to greater possibilities in their lives through the study and exploration of psychedelic medicines and experiences. The question this week; Are psychedelics the only hope to save humanity? And while the question may come off with a touch of humor attached to it, we go deep into the state of the world today, the people in it, and how we can start to look at alternative ways to heal the hearts and minds of our planet and ultimately create more love and understanding.

This week I want to dive into some of the reasoning behind the concept of creativity and how I’ve applied it to my work and my art. As always, there is a bit of a deeper meaning in this that doesn’t just apply to art. We are all meant to be creative in our lives; in our day to day, our work, our play. So are you giving yourself enough time to truly sit back, take the space, and allow creativity to happen?

This week on The Deep Dive we’re talking with Allie McFee as her and I explore the question “Is Monogamy Designed For Insecure People?”. I have to say, this was a juicy one, and it even pushed both Allie and myself to the edges of our trigger zone around this topic. Enjoy the episode and our perspective, and hopefully it inspires you to look deeper into your insecurities around sex and relationships.
Though I learned a LOT from my former partners, the partnerships themselves, and the transitions out of them, I want to share with you some of the things I’ve learned from my time being single. At this place in my life I find myself feeling more empowered, more aligned, and honestly more excited about life, and it’s something I don’t think I would be experiencing on the same level if I hadn’t made an agreement with myself to spend some intentional time in my life outside of partnership, sovereign, and single.
I’ve been intrigued by this question, and I’ve also been interested in the perspective that my friend Chelsey Jo Huntsman might have on the topic. Chelsey is a coach, spiritual guide, pleasure priestess, and among other things an amazing human being who I had the opportunity to interview on this week’s episode. Do we really ever get over an ex? Does that feeling ever actually fade? Join Chelsey and I in this week’s Deep Dive question and I’m looking forward to you perspective as well.

We are all creative, and actively creating the reality around us whether we know it or now. On this week’s episode I share my thoughts on why I believe that creativity has been one of the most important driving forces in my life and how I continue to use creativity in my day to day, my businesses, my relationships, and every other aspect of my life.

I recently attended a experience in Mexico that had me in a somewhat intense, but enlightening, Deep Dive into the medicine space. Though this was not my first experience, and though all of the work I’ve done in this space is unique and heart opening, I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences from this recent and very powerful time in the jungle. Enjoy this weeks podcast and let’s open up a conversation about the power of medicine, nature, and our own spirits when we decide to look a little deeper.

Is it a loving choice to keep people out of your community?

In this episode we talk about what it really takes to not only build, but maintain, a community that is beneficial to ourselves and our plate, and with years of dedication to creating connection, I felt like Virginia Salas Kastilio would be the perfect person to ask.

This week on The Deep Dive, I want to give you an update from the last three years of my life. Though I know I’m not unique in this, I’ve personally been through a lot, and these experiences have been kindling on a fire of discovery in my life that has allowed me to grow into and find acceptance for the man that I am today.

This week, I’m answering a question that I’ve been asked over and over on social media, in my emails, and pretty much every where else. While I have admittedly been avoiding the topic for the most part due to the opinionated whirlwind that is the vaccine, I decided to face the question head on and share some of my thoughts and perspectives. I invite you to listen with an open heart, and remind you that this is just my opinion. I respect yours and invite your feedback and conversation about this. After all, how can we continue to grow together if we don’t allow ourselves to learn from each others perspectives?

This question was actually brought to me as a result of my last podcast interview episode where myself and Aubert Bastiat explored the question “Are Men To Blame For All The World's Problems?”. I was reached out to by my friend Makenzie Marzluff, a heart centered entrepreneur, founder of Delighted By Desserts and (among other things) co-founder of my favorite cacao brand “Kakao”. Seriously, I take this stuff everywhere I go. Makenzie was inspired by our conversation around men and wanted to explore the other side of the coin based on her experience, and though the question itself can sound a little controversial, the conversation she and I had was inspiring and I believe her perspective is a valuable and important one.

This week on The Deep Dive I speak with my friend and brother from the Sacred Sons gathering I recently experienced; mentor, trainer, facilitator, husband, and father, Aubert Bastiat. Aubert has dedicated his life to mens work, an exploration of how men and masculine energy can truly show up in their place on this planet to do the good work that they, and we, were probably meant to do. So this week I ask him another Deep Diving, almost unanswerable question: Are men to blame for all the worlds problems?

I’ve started something new on The Deep Dive, something I’m excited about. I want to ask my guests questions that are somewhat unanswerable and dive into a conversation that exposes not only the unique perspective of the individual, but also the expansive nature of the answer. This week, I was so excited to interview Kevin Walton; transformational coach, speaker, and all around inspirational thinker and motivator. I recently had the opportunity to hear him speak at Sacred Sons, a weekend of mens work led by some of the front running explorers of the subject, and was drawn in by his take on truth and and what it means for our evolution and growth. So I decided to ask him the question on this week’s episode; Does absolute truth even exist?

This week I dive deep into another discussion around a question that probably doesn’t have an answer, with a respected entrepreneur and new close friend of mine Gerard Adams. I found a lot in common with Gerard, not only from a place of being financially successful in our lives but also from a similar experience of our journey to find self value and true self love.
This week, I want to share some tips with you on how to move through times of change and transition faster and with more ease and grace. It maybe surprise you how simple this one is at first, but how difficult it can be to really apply to your life and implement in your experience. Try it out, join the conversation, and if you got something from this episode I’ll invite you to share this with someone who might need to hear it too.
This week I decided to take the podcast in a bit of a different direction. For my interview with international speaker, transformational coach, and author of the new book “The Magic of Surrender” Kute Blackson, I wanted to move away from the usual interview format and ask a question that doesn’t even really have an answer; Can you fully surrender while still holding on to your desires and the things you want to manifest in your life?
In this week’s podcast I want to share a little manifestation hack that I believe can help you develop a smoother process of calling in the reality you truly want to experience. It has to do with naming your fears, understanding the root of it, and moving through them so that you can clear space for all of the massive abundance that the universe is ready to provide to you.
This week I’m releasing another freestyle. Spoken word, poetry, straight from my heart and my own personal experience. I’ve been giving myself permission these days; permission to accept myself more, to forgive myself, and love myself. To experience the life around me with a new perspective. And, this poem feels that way…

On this weeks podcast I want to share with you an exercise consisting of three ways to not only understand the ways that you’ve broken trust with yourself, but rebuild it. Just like any relationship, trusting in YOU is very possibly the most important thing you can do if you want to live a healthy, happy, and empowered life. And as always, it starts with awareness.

Are you ready for a trust fall? Join me in this exercise this week and let’s up level together.

In this week’s podcast, I talk about why you SHOULD blame yourself for your breakup. Though it may sound a little off when you first hear it, I talk about how to face the responsibility you have in the end of a partnership and how it can help you actually acknowledge the growth that you’ve done by just realizing your part in it.
