The Deep Dive Podcast

This week I brought my good friend Luke Kohen on to talk a little about his own experience of spiritual growth, and if he sees a risk of narcissism in a community whose core intention should truly be about inviting growth and change for all of us. Luke is an artist, entrepreneur, and someone who I have a high level of respect for because of the journey and work that he’s done in his own spiritual walk.
This week I wanted to update you. Not as an expert or a correspondent, but as a human being who has access (for the most part) to the same information that you do. I want to update you on a few issues from the last month that I find extremely important to be aware of, and what my perspective on it is. I hope it provides some insight, some value, and at the very least some awareness to some of the important stories of our current reality.
This week’s podcast episode is a new idea and a concept that allows YOU to get involved in a unique way that is the first of its kind on The Deep Dive. A Q&A. This week I invited the members of the CREATE Community’s Facebook group (which is free to join) to ask me anything, and we got a great response. Though I couldn’t answer all of them, this episode has a few questions that you might have wondered as well, and I answer them to the best of my ability. Enjoy the episode and I look forward to your questions on our next Q&A podcast.

I recently attended a experience in Mexico that had me in a somewhat intense, but enlightening, Deep Dive into the medicine space. Though this was not my first experience, and though all of the work I’ve done in this space is unique and heart opening, I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences from this recent and very powerful time in the jungle. Enjoy this weeks podcast and let’s open up a conversation about the power of medicine, nature, and our own spirits when we decide to look a little deeper.

Is it a loving choice to keep people out of your community?

In this episode we talk about what it really takes to not only build, but maintain, a community that is beneficial to ourselves and our plate, and with years of dedication to creating connection, I felt like Virginia Salas Kastilio would be the perfect person to ask.
