This week I’m excited to be chatting with my good friend Zahara Zimring, an incredible human who I’ve grown with and healed with. Zahara is a coach and has worked to help many people open themselves up to the possibilities of deep healing, and the journey it can be.

Life is a journey of seasons. Change, challenges, transitions, good times and bad, are all a part of our story as we navigate the human experience, and from all of these come great lessons for us to carry with us as well as many things that we get to let go of. I am currently experiencing my own time of introspection and transition, and I got a lot out of my conversation this week with Ben Brown. Ben is a former professional kayaker, YouTuber, and now a well known coach and influencer, who was the perfect person for the conversation about phases of life and what we can learn about ourselves as we journey through them.

This week, I brought on Tim Morrison; an artist, healer, and facilitator who has experienced his own profound healing journey and has also worked with so many in their own processes to find deeper levels of themselves and their truth. I found that Tim and I had a lot in common, and I think you will too. After all, healing is kind of a collective thing is it not?

I find it hard to define WHAT the spiritual community actually is. Whether it's conscious, woke, spiritual; it seems that there is a common thread in this community; relationships seem to be difficult to maintain. It's no secret that there seem to be more short term relationships than long term, at least from my perspective. But why is that? Shouldn't spiritually aware couples have an easier time understanding each other, or relating with one another in supportive and sustainable ways?

This week I want to talk about my experience not only with the plant medicine, but also what it has brought up and why I have found it one of the more challenging integrations after a ceremony that I’ve been through. These types of medicine journeys are always confronting, healing, and particularly when we are going through times of transition in our lives they can bring to the surface much more than we might know is actually going on within us. Let me tell you all about it, on this week’s episode.

This week on The Deep Dive we’re talking with Allie McFee as her and I explore the question “Is Monogamy Designed For Insecure People?”. I have to say, this was a juicy one, and it even pushed both Allie and myself to the edges of our trigger zone around this topic. Enjoy the episode and our perspective, and hopefully it inspires you to look deeper into your insecurities around sex and relationships.

We are all creative, and actively creating the reality around us whether we know it or now. On this week’s episode I share my thoughts on why I believe that creativity has been one of the most important driving forces in my life and how I continue to use creativity in my day to day, my businesses, my relationships, and every other aspect of my life.

This week I dive deep into another discussion around a question that probably doesn’t have an answer, with a respected entrepreneur and new close friend of mine Gerard Adams. I found a lot in common with Gerard, not only from a place of being financially successful in our lives but also from a similar experience of our journey to find self value and true self love.
