How To Stop Blaming Yourself For Your Breakup

Listen Now On: Spotify | Apple Podcasts

How much responsibility do you take for your breakup?

Yep, that’s a tough question and probably a bit of a touchy subject. But it’s an important one, especially if what you want is to heal from the often uncomfortable and painful experience of transitioning out of a partnership. We sometimes tend to avoid the painful truths of our own part in what went “wrong” because, let’s face it, it’s so much easier to pass the blame then face the shadows in ourselves. However, when we do this we actually miss a huge opportunity for growth and expansion, as well as healing and forgiveness.

In this week’s podcast, I talk about why you SHOULD blame yourself for your breakup. Though it may sound a little off when you first hear it, I talk about how to face the responsibility you have in the end of a partnership and how it can help you actually acknowledge the growth that you’ve done by just realizing your part in it.

Do you desire to move more smoothly through painful relationship experiences? I invite you to listen in to my musing this week.
