Deep Dive Musings - Stop Ignoring Your Inner Child

Do you regularly check in with yourself?

Do you always know how your inner child is feeling?

I had a realization while I was at the Envision Festival down in Costa Rica. I was ready to explore being single at a festival and bring more playful and sexy aspects of myself out. Unfortunately, I made an error of not listening to what I really needed.

In this episode ofThe Deep Dive with Adam Roa, I dive deep into my experience at this festival and the repercussions of what not checking in with my inner child caused. If you’re the type of person that constantly pushes yourself out of your comfort zone, then this episode is for you.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How you can create more self-love
  • Why it’s important to check in with yourself regularly
  • Why pushing yourself to grow isn’t always the best thing for you
  • What it means to be the conscious creator of your life
I try to regularly consult my inner child, but sometimes it’s easy to forget or not realize that it has been a while since we had a dialogue. Because of the busy nature of the festival and breaking out of a routine, it took a significant experience for me to realize what had happened.

If you were to check in with your inner child right now, what would he/she say? Take a moment to find out. You get to decide what kind of relationship you have with yourself by paying attention and listening. If you want to learn about how you can deepen your relationship with yourself and build more self-love, you’ll want to listen to this episode.
