The Deep Dive Podcast

This week’s guest is Chervin, the founder of Cymbiotika, an innovative wellness brand whose supplements have become a part of my routine and lifestyle. He has studied the subject of longevity and health in Eastern and Western medicine, orthomolecular medicine, epigenetics, physiology, nutrition, detoxification, biodynamic agriculture, and philosophy and brings a boat load of insight and perspective to this week’s Deep Dive question.
This week I Dive Deep with artist, wordsmith, and intellectual Lily Fangz about the process of creation of art, as well as releasing it, and where the lines of it being healthy or unhealthy can be drawn.
This week I talk leadership, and masks, with Nathan Kohlerman. Nathan is an amazing human who is a health and wellness wizard, founder of NeuIntention, and advocate for sovereignty who has spoken his truth about the need for masks during this time, and comes from a place of strength when it comes to his own values and his why. At a time when good leadership is of the utmost importance, one thing I believe good leaders should be doing is opening up these subjects for conversation. Enjoy the episode.
How much inner work is too much? When do we actually get to claim healing, or is it a perpetual journey of deeper layers? As always, it’s another Deep Dive question that for this episode, I felt the perfect guest would be my good friend as well as a high level coach in the personal development space who brings with him an amazing story of inner work and personal development triumphs, Jason Goldberg. Two men who have a LOT of time in doing inner work and studying the world of personal development, discussing whether there is a point of diminishing returns, where that level of deep inquiry into our human experience can actually become too much. Enjoy the episode.
This week I want to talk about not only my experience with this very talked about, and very famous virus and pandemic; but I want to talk about what it brought up for me personally. I have committed myself and my platform to being open and sensitive around this topic. Through podcasts and poetry I have tried to address not just my own, but the collective concerns about this time in our human history in a way that reminds us to continue to choose love. So when I experienced it personally I was able to gain a new perspective and reality that I would like to share with you in the hopes that it might allow more awareness, and most importantly compassion.

This week, I’m answering a question that I’ve been asked over and over on social media, in my emails, and pretty much every where else. While I have admittedly been avoiding the topic for the most part due to the opinionated whirlwind that is the vaccine, I decided to face the question head on and share some of my thoughts and perspectives. I invite you to listen with an open heart, and remind you that this is just my opinion. I respect yours and invite your feedback and conversation about this. After all, how can we continue to grow together if we don’t allow ourselves to learn from each others perspectives?
