A PODCAST FOR CREATIVE ENTREPRENEURS

THE DEEP DIVE is not your normal podcast because, well, there are no rules. The aim of the show is to give an authentic look into the minds of the thought leaders and game changers of today by allowing the audience to be a “fly on the wall” for an hour-long conversation. It is my hope that this level of authenticity will allow people to see that being successful isn’t about WHAT you think, but HOW you think.

This week's question was perfect for a conversation with my friend Taylor Simpson, an incredible coach, podcast host, motivational speaker, and thought leader especially in the space of women empowerment and actualization. Taylor has her own perspective, and even her own triggers around the modern goddess movement, and offers a somewhat refreshing perspective on the subject. We dive into this topic to discuss some of the benefits and potential pitfalls of what may be turning into a fad, but is rooted in a truth that is so important as we continue to work towards healing the feminine and masculine dynamics, and empowering women to really own their truth.
This week I decided to keep it short and sweet, and continue the conversation. This time, I want to talk about the different styles of journaling that I actually do. An important part about writing in any fashion, is that it is meant to be creative. When we allow ourselves to communicate through pen and pad, our writing becomes an art form and therefore can be incredibly healing. That’s why I want to share with you some of these tips, and let you in on the 4 different styles of journaling that I use.
This week, as I prepare myself for a new year, I wanted to share with you one of the ways that I do that. Journaling has been a huge part of my life, and I would go as far as saying that I wouldn’t be where I am, or who I am, today without the dedication I’ve developed to this practice. I want to walk you through some of my own intentions for 2022, as well as offer some advice on how to set your own and really reflect on the last year in your life. This one is all about taking the wheel in 2022, and continuing to move closer to living the life that you want to live. Enjoy the episode, and I want to wish you a very happy New Year.
Personal development and growth is not easy by any means, and this experience at a very sexually charged tantra retreat was no walk in the park. Last week in Part One I shared some of my intentions, thoughts, and fears as I prepared myself for a week-long experience of pushing my boundaries. This week, I want to share some of my takeaways and reflections on the experience itself. I can tell you this; it was an opening, healing, difficult, and ultimately fun experience that allowed me to explore my own boundaries and ultimately really feel into what felt true for me, and when to really understand my own sacred no.
