Deep Dive Musings | My Biggest Lesson Of The Last Decade

Do you love yourself?

After recently being asked what my biggest lesson learned this last decade was, my answer was clear: I learned how to love myself.

For the majority of my life I had the belief that a romantic partner was supposed to make me happy, so naturally, I constantly found myself in a relationship. This past year after I split with my significant other, I realized that the only relationship that will truly provide me with happiness is the one I have with myself.

In this episode ofThe Deep Dive with Adam Roa,I discuss my biggest lesson learned this past year, as well as the past decade.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Different tools to support you on your self-love journey
  • How to shift the perspective of loneliness
  • How to ensure love is always with you
  • What is the foundation for sustainable happiness

Just like any relationship, if you don’t put in the time and effort into a relationship with yourself, the love is going to fade. And the same is true for the opposite: the more energy and love you pour into yourself, the less lonely you’ll feel when you’re by yourself.

If you struggle with learning how to love yourself, then this episode is for you.

Are you ever surrounded by a room full of people but still feel lonely? This episode ofThe Deep Dive with Adam Roa dives into this exact topic and the ways in which you can start to eradicate loneliness from your life.
