Have you ever wanted to create art but were too afraid? Do you worry about what other people think?
As I get ready to release my very first album, PERMISSION, I am reflecting on the journey that led me here. When I started making this album, I didn’t believe that I was a musician. It has been through this intense experience that I have unlocked the musician inside of me.
In this episode of The Deep Dive with Adam Roa, I get vulnerable as I talk about releasing my first album and how important it is for you to express your own version of art and creativity.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- How plant medicine helps you unlock aspects of yourself
- Why sharing yourself at a deep level creates connection
- Why your artistic expression is needed in this world
- How to create ceremony in your daily life
I took a leap and intuitively knew I was meant to create this album, and despite all my fears of not feeling like a musician, I unlocked the part of me that could feel music moving through me.
Wanting to be a voice for the medicines, I put five plant medicine frequencies into my album. I wanted to create something that would change people’s lives and let them walk away a better version of themselves.
If you’ve ever felt scared to express yourself and your creativity, then this episode is for you. I share about why it’s so important to humanity for you to be vulnerable and share your voice with the world.
